The offices of Building and Zoning consists of four employees:

John Fenton - Zoning Administrator/Fire Inspector/Code Enforcement Administrator

Richard Travis - Plumbing Inspector/Deputy Fire Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer

Armand Alfonso - Code Enforcement Officer

Mary Ann Loncto - Administrative Services

Trustee Robert Marshall - Liaison to the Building Department

The offices are located in the American Legion Building at 7 Spring Street - office hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. (no money is accepted after 3:45pm)

You should see the Code Enforcement Officer/Zoning Administrator if you require a Building Permit, Certificate of Occupany, plans to open a new business, municipal search for an existing building, sign permit and temporary sign permits.
